Customers in the United States of America chose the top 12 insurance companies during 2019, in various types of insurance, namely car insurance, medical insurance, home insurance, as well as life insurance, according to several criteria, namely: efficiency in pricing insurance products and programs, and the extent to which those prices fit with customer plans, as well as the efficiency of customer service and also the speed in settling and disbursing compensation, in addition to the extent to which these companies use websites and mobile applications, and the plans of these companies in renewal, development and growth.

A comparison was made between 65 insurance companies in the United States of America, including: 20 car insurance companies, 15 medical insurance companies, 15 home insurance companies, and 15 life insurance companies.

He participated in the survey conducted by Insure.com Consulting and included 3000 insurance customers, and for the evaluation of car insurance companies, there are several factors that determine the price of car insurance, namely the efficiency of driving for the driver of the car, the age of the customer, the type of his car, his insurance history, the number of times the car breakdowns and the compensation he spent before, and the area in which he lives and the distance traveled by the car daily.

Evaluation according to customer service, pricing efficiency and speed of compensation disbursement

USAA Insurance Company topped the list of the top three car insurance companies in the American market, and obtained a score of 89.9%, the company's pricing efficiency reached 88%, the degree of customer service 90.5%, the speed of compensation disbursement 94.5%, and the extent of use of websites and mobile applications 84.6%, followed by American Family Insurance Company with a score of 88.3%, pricing efficiency reached 84.5%, customer service degree 89.5%, speed of compensation disbursement 92.6%, and the extent of use of websites and mobile applications 86.3%, and in third place came Allstate Insurance Company with a score of 88.3%, pricing efficiency reached 84.8%, customer service score 89.3%, speed of compensation disbursement 94% and the extent of use of websites and mobile applications 84.4%.

In the medical insurance activity, Horizon BCBS of New Jersey American insurance company ranked the list of the top three medical insurance companies in the American market, and obtained a score of 89.5%, and the company's pricing efficiency reached 89.2%, the degree of customer service 89.6%, the speed of payment of compensation 89.8%, and the extent of use of websites and mobile applications 86.6%, followed by EmblemHealth Insurance Company in second place and obtained a score of 89.3%, and the efficiency of pricing 88.7%, and the degree of customer service 90.6%, and the speed of payment of compensation 90.2%, the extent of use of websites and mobile applications 86.8%, followed by Humana Insurance Company Bardja 87.6%, pricing efficiency 87%, customer service 87.6%, speed of compensation payment 90.3% and the extent of use of websites and mobile applications 84.2%.

In the home insurance activity, USAA American Insurance Company topped the list of the top three home insurance companies in the American market, and obtained a score of 90.4%, and the company's pricing efficiency reached 89.2%, the degree of customer service 89.9%, the speed of compensation payment 94%, and the extent of use of websites and mobile applications 86.1%, followed by Chubb Insurance Company and obtained a score of 89.8%, pricing efficiency reached 90.4%, customer service degree 88.8%, speed of compensation payment 90.6%, and the extent of use of Websites and mobile applications 86%, Allstate Insurance Company ranked third with a score of 88.3%, pricing efficiency reached 85.7%, customer service score 88.9%, speed of compensation payment 93.3% and the extent of use of websites and mobile applications 83.9%.

As for the life insurance activity, Lincoln National American insurance company ranked the list of the top three life insurance companies in the American market, and obtained a score of 89%, and the company's pricing efficiency reached 88.9%, and the degree of customer service 90.3%, and the extent of using websites and mobile applications 82%, followed by Allstate Insurance Company in second place with a score of 88.7%, pricing efficiency 88.4%, customer service degree 89.7%, and the extent of using websites and mobile applications 83.7%, followed by MetLife Insurance Company ranked with a score of 88%, pricing efficiency of 88.5%, customer service score of 87.9%, and the extent of use of websites and mobile applications 85.2%.
